TC READS
Traverse City Reads is a community read
event taking place each year. The idea is simple: Everyone reads the same book
at the same time. This year's selected book is Three Cups of Tea: One Man's
Mission to Promote Peace. ...One School at a Time by Greg Mortenson and David
Oliver Relin.
Poets'
Night Out
Poets' Night Out is an annual juried
poetry contest and reading that takes place each fall, here in Traverse City.
Poetry submissions are being accepted through October 3, 2008.
PNO 2008 will take place at the City Opera House on Sunday, November 9 at 7:00 PM.
