Come and hear local author, Abra Berens, talk about her latest cookbook, Pulp: A Practical Guide to Cooking with Fruit. This book had the honor of being selected as one of the Michigan Notable Books for 2024.
Students from the Great Lakes Culinary Institute will provide samples of selected recipes from the book.
This program is presented in partnership with Northwestern Michigan College and the Great Lakes Culinary Institute. This project is funded in part by Michigan Humanities, an affiliate of the National Endowment for the Humanities.
