Led by Dr. Erica O’Neal, a pelvic health physical therapist. This workshop will cover a range of topics, including basics of pelvic floor anatomy, common pelvic health issues, factors that contribute to pelvic floor dysfunction, and what we can do about it! Whether you're looking to enhance your overall well-being, prevent pelvic health issues, or better understand how to address existing concerns, this workshop offers valuable insights and resources to support your journey to pelvic wellness. Don't miss this opportunity to prioritize your health and take proactive steps toward achieving a healthier, happier you!

This is a repeat session of the one we had on Thursday, May 2 at 10:00am.

Dr. Erica O’Neal is a licensed Physical Therapist, and graduated from Grand Valley State University in 2015 with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree. She has advanced training as a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES) and specializes in pelvic health physical therapy.

Erica is very passionate about helping individuals with a variety of pelvic health issues. She has personal experience with pelvic floor physical therapy after having her own two children, and has since helped many individuals of all ages with improving their quality of life and living life without fear, embarrassment, or frustration and confusion with ongoing pelvic health issues. This also includes back pain and tightness and hip pain and issues. As a certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, she is passionate about helping women who are hoping to become pregnant, who are currently pregnant, or who have already had children (no matter how many years ago!) to live without pain or dysfunction to reach their individual activity and life goals.

When she’s not working with clients, Erica enjoys exploring hiking and walking trails with her husband and kids and going to the beach or any sources of water around this beautiful region!
