 Are you looking for ways to manage your stress? Increase your productivity? Live a more happy, fulfilling, and authentic life? Or do you just want to see what all the buzz is about mindfulness? This workshop with Personal Transformation Coach, Samantha Gutowski, will teach you all about the benefits of mindfulness. Learn more about meditation, breathwork, journaling, somatics, and many more techniques for developing a mindfulness practice.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month and we are kicking it off with being more mindful in life and others around you.
