Event Details

Our library invites you to participate in our Mock Caldecott Award voting! Since hundreds of books are in the running, we’ve made things easier by selecting 10 remarkable picture books as nominees for this year. We want you to cast your vote and let us know which book you think deserves the top honor!

Voting Details:

1 vote per person per visit

    •    When: January 2 to January 26

    •    Where: Youth Department, TADL Woodmere

Come explore the nominees, appreciate their artistry, and hear the books read around during Caldecott Storytimes on January 5, 12, and 19 at 2 PM. Don’t miss this chance to share your opinion and celebrate the best in children’s literature! The real Caldecott winner will be announced on Monday, January 27. Let’s see if we can predict the winner.
