This holiday season give kids the gifts of engineering, science, and innovation! We will get into the holiday spirit as we help Santa fulfill his toy shop requests. We’ll learn about simple machines and create fun surprises of simple machine toys. You will be able to take home the toy you make – to keep for yourself or give as a gift to a sibling, cousin, or friend. A fun-filled Saturday morning awaits!
In Challenge Island’s unplugged programs, kids experience all aspects of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) AND have opportunity to develop their 21st Century life skills in Communication, Collaboration, Critical & Creative Thinking, Flexibility, Sociability, Initiative, Leadership, Grit, and Perseverance.
