Join us for an introduction to Tai Chi. During the winter months, we'll meet in the McGuire Community Room and when the weather gets nicer, we'll move out to the Library's Front Lawn.

Looking to practice your Spanish language skills, but don't have anyone to talk to? Please plan to join us every first Saturday for a casual conversation group. All levels are welcome!

The book is always better but movies are so very entertaining. Join us and watch a movie based on a book or real life. Once in awhile we may show one just for the fun of it that is not based on anything but just pure enjoyment.  

The Williams Family has been picking morels in Northern Michigan since the 1890s and Anthony's pickin' advice has been proven to be enlightening for everyone from novice to the seasoned pro.

TADL Stitchers is open to anyone with an interest in needlework in its many forms--knitting, crochet, cross stitch, needlepoint, quilting, embroidery, tatting, etc.  If you are having trouble with a project, others may be able to help. 

Facilitated freestyle writing workshop with goal of fostering creativity and self-exploration. Each session will begin with a brief warm-up followed by a prompt that encourages open reflection and the free flow of words and ideas.

Join us for a Super Smash Bros Ultimate tournament right here at the library! Tournament play will be organized by Cherry Capital Smash Bros. Systems and controllers will be provided, but bringing your own equipment is appreciated.

Can you escape?

Adult Escape Room adventure, prior experience not required, but highly encouraged as this is a tough adventure. Be prepared for a puzzling time!

Join us for Queer Tales Book Club where we chat about books that are by and/or about LGBTQIA+ people. Reading is not required, and everyone is welcome.

We meet on the third Tuesday of the month at 7pm in the Nelson Room.

Join us quarterly to discuss nonfiction books concerning mental and physical wellness. Facilitators for the discussions will be professional mental health providers courtesy of Head and Heart Therapeutic Services and Open Space Counseling.

Educational seminar for those who are aging into Medicare. This is a non-sales educational only seminar, open to the public. Participants will learn all about Medicare and the process of signing up. Led by Fred Goldenberg.

The Twisted Quills, TADL's teen writing group, will be presenting their most receint work. All school year they have worked to create a multilayered world where murder happens and readers make choices that will move the story forward.

Reuse plastic juice or soda containers into a small garden box! Either bring your own container or use one the library staff provides.
