The goal of the Traverse Area Historical Society is to share local history of Traverse City and the Grand Traverse region. This month's step back in time will be remembering the Clinch Park Zoo.

Drop by the Youth Services Department and get creative with supplies provided by the library.  Make and take or just create! 

Join us for fun with LEGO and other engineering challenges. Build something tall, moveable or stable, and challenge yourself to build & create. Masks are encouraged!

Volunteer at the library! The Teen Leadership Group helps plan library programs for teens, advises the library on trends and hot topics, assists various departments with their volunteer needs, and learns a lot.

Join Miss Rosie in the McGuire Room and try your hand at String Art! Get creative and explore the possibilities of design with this fun and unique technique. 

Talk about writing, play writing games, read, write, and discover new skills. This program will take place at the study table in Teen Services. We will incorporate various forms of writing: narrative fiction, poetry, plays, and graphic novels.

Dr. Plunkington, the strange scientist who lives next door, is conducting one of his crazy experiments and this time it’s affecting the Internet. 

TADL Stitchers is open to anyone with an interest in needlework in its many forms--knitting, crochet, cross stitch, needlepoint, quilting, embroidery, tatting, etc.  If you are having trouble with a project, others may be able to help.
