Baby Time with Miss Michele is an interactive story time introducing early literacy to our youngest patrons.  Geared toward families with children ages 0-12 months.

Threads meets on Mondays from 10 am - noon. Bring a project and work among friends!

Join us every 3rd Saturday of the month for 90 minutes to practice your Spanish skills. Our first meeting will be Saturday, July 16th at 10:30 AM at the library.

Join Miss Rosie on Mondays  for stories, songs, fingerplays and fun! Geared toward preschool aged children this thirty minute  interactive program aims to promote togetherness and early literacy.

Join Miss Michele for Mother Goose Time as she leads families with young children through stories, rhymes and books.  For children aged 12-36 months.

Join Miss Courtnei for a fun filled storytime featuring music, stories, early literacy tips and more! Programs last about 30 minutes and are geared toward preschool aged children.

Experience stories through music, movement and books with Mr. Matt, in the North Conference Room of the Township offices, across the parking lot from the library.

Families with preschool children are invited to join Mr. Andy for engaging stories and movement. 

Get to know the helpers in your neighborhood as Sgt. Sivek from the Traverse City Police Department joins us for stories, cocoa, a craft, and conversation (coffee will be available for the big kids).

Join this fun teen-led D&D campaign in the Community Room. Everything you need is provided, refreshments too!

Event is free and open to persons 13-19. (Parents are welcomed... for the most part)

Children are encouraged to read aloud to our kind and gentle therapy dogs.  Young readers are encouraged to bring a book of their own choosing or borrow one from the library collection. 

November is National Novel Writing Month! Get those ideas out of your head and down onto paper. This will be writing time with supports. If you get stumped, Jacque will have prompts and tools to help you move your story on.

Join Miss Michele and build & create with LEGO's and other engineering games and toys.

Volunteer at the library! The Teen Leadership Group helps plan library programs for teens, advises the library on trends and hot topics, assists various departments with their volunteer needs, and learns a lot.

Tweens are invited to try their hands at various arts and crafts techniques with STEAM related concepts and fun projects to make and take! This program is geared toward older kids grades 3-6.

TADL Stitchers is open to anyone with an interest in needlework in its many forms--knitting, crochet, cross stitch, needlepoint, quilting, embroidery, tatting, etc.  If you are having trouble with a project, others may be able to help. 

Pageturners meets on the 3rd Thursday at 6:30 PM via zoom. Books for our book clubs are available on a first come, first serve basis. Visit the library to sign one out!

Join us online for Queer Tales Book Club where we chat about books that are by and/or about LGBTQ+ people. Reading is not required, and everyone is welcome.

PCL’s Men’s Group gathers the 3rd Wednesday of the month at 7pm.
