Baby Time with Miss Michele is an interactive story time introducing early literacy to our youngest patrons.  Geared toward families with children ages 0-12 months.

Threads meets on Mondays from 10 am - noon. Bring a project and work among friends!

Join Miss Rosie for a special storytime program honoring Martin Luther King Jr Day with stories and songs.

Peggy Williams is a licensed Massage and Osteo-Kinetic therapist as well as a Yoga therapist. She started practicing in 1998 and has extensive training in different approaches to yoga. She excited to be Instructing yoga at the library!

Join Miss Michele for Toddler Time (formerly Mother Goose Time) as she leads families with young children through stories, rhymes and books. For children aged 12-36 months.

Join Miss Courtnei for a fun filled storytime featuring music, stories, early literacy tips and more! Programs last about 30 minutes and are geared toward preschool aged children.

Experience stories through music, movement and books with Mr. Matt, in the North Conference Room of the Township offices, across the parking lot from the library.

Join us in Youth Services as we kick off Leap Into Science week with hands on science activities for ages 0 - 12 and their families.

Families with preschool children are invited to join Mr. Andy for engaging stories and movement. 

Join Miss Linda for this preschool story time complete with stories (including a felt story), songs rhymes and movement.  This program is geared toward preschool aged children and their caregivers.  There will be a make & take craft

2023 is the Chinese Year of the Rabbit!

Join us for an introduction to Tai Chi in the McGuire Room. Tai Chi is a systematic and gentle form of exercise and stretching that is good for all ages.

The Tilt Think Improv players are ready to take the library by comedy storm with our totally improvised show. Sit back and enjoy the performance, or shout out ideas and inspiration to influence our characters and scenes.

 STEM Monday is STEM fun day! Learn about STEM (Science Technology Engineering Math) concepts with hands-on STEM experiments to create a layered experience for all learners.

Talk about writing, play writing games, read, write, and discover new skills. This program will take place at the study table in Teen Services. If you are working on something feel free to bring it with you to share with the group.

Join Miss Michele and build & create with LEGO's and other engineering games and toys.

Volunteer at the library! The Teen Leadership Group helps plan library programs for teens, advises the library on trends and hot topics, assists various departments with their volunteer needs, and learns a lot.

Tweens are invited to try their hands at various arts and crafts techniques with STEAM related concepts and fun projects to make and take! This program is geared toward older kids grades 3-6.

Back by popular demand! Bring your own LEGO® or use ours, but come and spend time building LEGO® creations with your friends at the Kingsley Branch Library in our Community Room!

TADL and Battle of the Books - Grand Traverse kick off the 2023 competition with a celebration for all teams.

The Kingsley Friends of the Library Board meets monthly on the 3rd Monday of the month (except in July and December), at 5:00pm in the Kingsley Library Community Room.

TADL Stitchers is open to anyone with an interest in needlework in its many forms--knitting, crochet, cross stitch, needlepoint, quilting, embroidery, tatting, etc.  If you are having trouble with a project, others may be able to help.

He was the conscience of the struggle for civil rights--and one of its many heroic martyrs.

Join us online for Queer Tales Book Club where we chat about books that are by and/or about LGBTQ+ people. Reading is not required, and everyone is welcome.
