Event Details
Bring your taste buds and appetite! Do you like chili? Then we need your help! We’re asking community members to come and taste the chili entries in our annual Chili Cook Off, then vote for your favorites. It’s tasty work, and somebody has to do it! Plus, it’s free to come and taste. Adults, youth, teens–everyone is welcome! Judging will be done by the public and Traverse City Fire Fighters to select the Judge’s Choice and the People’s Choice winners!

The event will be held outside on the front lawn of the Traverse Area District Library, beginning at 1:00pm, rain or shine (or snow!). Be sure to dress appropriately.
THE WINNERS:
Judge's Choice: 3rd Place L (Adam), 2nd Place F (David) and 1st Place K (Christopher)
People' Choice: 3rd Place I (Brandon), 2nd Place A (Lori) and 1st Place G (Scott).
G/Scott also earned the Chef's Choice honor from his fellow participants.
