He will guide you on a journey from head to toe, to help create freedom and ease in your body, while you learn more about yourself, and how you can be more caring and supportive in a mindful and self empowering way.
So bring your yoga mat, questions and be prepared to move and have fun! We will have some mats available.
This workshop is great for people interested in learning more about their bodies and how to move in a healthier way.
Brian is a seasoned Massage Therapist and Bodyworker of over 13 years, and has taught variations of this course countless times. He is also a Personal Development Coach, helping empower and educate people, to live happier and fuller lives!
