Researching United States Land Records presented by Mark Mullinax
Land records frequently list the spouse, children or other relationships and sometimes list occupations, citizenship along with previous residences or death dates. They can help separate families with similar names and can lead to other records such as probate, marriage, military and so on. Join us and learn more in depth this avenue of searching your genealogy.

About the presenter:
Mark Mullinax is a professional genealogist with more than 35 years experience in family history research. He has been a contributing researcher for family history books and has written articles for a variety of magazines and newsletters. He is a member of several professional organizations including the National Genealogical Society, the Genealogical Speakers Guild, the American Library Association, the Michigan Historical Society and the International Molyneux Family Association. He recently retired from Brighton District Library where he was the Genealogy and Local History Librarian and now spends his time in Traverse City and Florida, where he is co-leader of a Breaking Brick Walls genealogy club.
