Jion Emily Kotz from 4-H/MSU Extension for a kids program on mindfulness. This program aims to promote mindful practices in youth that lead to improvements in managing goals, developing a sense of self, time management, stress management, emotional regulation, and mindful eating practices.
No sign-up is required.
