Join us for an informative Pelvic Health Workshop designed to empower individuals with essential knowledge and practical strategies for optimal pelvic health. Led by Dr. Erica O’Neal, a pelvic health physical therapist.

This workshop will focus on Incontinence.

Do you leak urine or stool with a strong urge? Do you avoid certain activities that you know will cause you to leak? Do you wear pads daily just in case? Have you heard a provider tell you to “Just do kegels!”? So many people suffer from urinary, or bowel incontinence, but you don’t have to! Learn about the complexities of the pelvic floor, what causes incontinence, and some tips to help reduce that leakage.

This is a repeat session of the one we had on Tuesday, June 4 at 10:00am.

Dr. Erica O’Neal is a licensed Physical Therapist, and graduated from Grand Valley State University in 2015 with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree. She has advanced training as a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES) and specializes in pelvic health physical therapy.

Erica is very passionate about helping individuals with a variety of pelvic health issues. She has personal experience with pelvic floor physical therapy after having her own two children, and has since helped many individuals of all ages with improving their quality of life and living life without fear, embarrassment, or frustration and confusion with ongoing pelvic health issues. This also includes back pain and tightness and hip pain and issues. As a certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, she is passionate about helping women who are hoping to become pregnant, who are currently pregnant, or who have already had children (no matter how many years ago!) to live without pain or dysfunction to reach their individual activity and life goals.

When she’s not working with clients, Erica enjoys exploring hiking and walking trails with her husband and kids and going to the beach or any sources of water around this beautiful region!
