Rain Location - PWR! Moves: Michigan Parkinson Foundation Exercise Class

A fun, in-person, hour long exercise class based on the PWR! moves for people with or suspected Parkinson's Disease and their caregivers. The class will be run by a PWR! certified physical therapist.

We will meet on the Library's Front Lawn, weather permitting. Rain location for this week is in the Thirlby Room on the second floor. .
