Young adults 15-1/2 through the age of 18 and their parents/guardians are invited to attend an Information Session held in cooperation between the Traverse Area District Library and the Michigan Youth Challenge Academy.

TADL Stitchers is open to anyone with an interest in needlework in its many forms--knitting, crochet, cross stitch, needlepoint, quilting, embroidery, tatting, etc.  If you are having trouble with a project, others may be able to help.

Join a thoughtful, established book club that meets on the last Wednesday at 2:00 pm every month! We read a mix of genres, but mostly nonfiction.

Adults and Teens drop in for a casual afternoon of crafting! This month we're making magnets and other accessories with perler beads.

Join us for fun with LEGO and other engineering challenges. Build something tall, moveable or stable, and challenge yourself to build & create.

Join Mr. Andy for Storytime For Bigs! Engaging stories, songs, movement and fun for preschoolers and their caregivers.

Join other homeschool families for this parent-led Big Kid Storytime! We encourage kids 4 and up to attend with their caregivers. Movement, music, stories, art, and more!

Join us for a Sunday Morning Bird Walk with Kirk Waterstripe from the Grand Traverse Audubon Club.   This birding experience is designed for those just getting started, or wanting to polish their skills.

Join us for the final day of the Friends of TADL Book Sale! Bag sales begin on Sunday when the library opens.

The book is always better but movies are so very entertaining. Join us and watch a movie based on a book or real life. Once in awhile we may show one just for the fun of it that is not based on anything but just pure enjoyment.
