Embody the Bee NPO,  AKA EmbodyTC | Founded in 2020

EmbodyTC is a Traverse City local nonprofit organization that facilitates sustainable wellbeing classes, workshops, and private mentoring to the community. These include but are not limited to Vinyasa Yoga, Yoga for Children and Families, Mindful Movement for Mental Health, and Conscious Parenting. EmbodyTC strives to provide inclusive gatherings, diverse resources, and safe spaces and faces to guide the community through sustainable practices.

Kristina founded EmbodyTC in 2020, as a way to self-start her journey as an instructor during the COVID-19 pandemic. What began as free online wellness zoom meetings, where she led mindful-wellness practices with QA opportunities weekly for niche groups, has since grown to donation-based or grant funded community workshops, classes, and events throughout the state. The provisions provide affordable, consistent, and educationally certified wellness opportunities to community hubs, at private studios, and at their Downtown Traverse City location for groups, families, and individuals.
