TADL Board of Trustees Meeting

The Traverse Area District Library's Board of Trustees meeting is a regularly scheduled event and is held monthly on the third Thursday.

Room Capacity

Please be advised that if we reach room capacity for today's board meeting and there is not room for everyone to speak who would like to speak we will have to cancel today's meeting and reschedule.

If you would like to send comments to the Library Board prior to today's meeting we invite you to do so via email -trustees@tadl.org. 

Written

If you do not have email you can leave your written comments at the front desk. They must be received by 1 pm in order for us to have time to copy them for the trustees prior to the meeting.

Public Comment

If you have a strong desire to make a public comment please arrive early. We will have a line forming for the meeting. Library staff will give a numbered card to anyone who wishes to speak, up until the point we reach room capacity.

Watching the Meeting

We will broadcast the meeting to the atrium and the Sight & Sound Department if you would like to watch it from those locations.

Public Demonstrations

Please know the library has a policy about demonstrations near the front doors of the library, in order to maintain access for all. We will have a line on the sidewalk to mark the clear area.

Parking

Additional parking is available behind the library along Hull Park.
